pkluc Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions and Interpretations

In these Terms, the words "we", "our", or "pkluc" refer to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "User" refers to any person registered on or browsing the platform. "Services" includes pkluc's casino, sports betting, live games, and all other digital entertainment offerings.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering is calculated on the combined total of the bonus and the deposit.

4.2 Wagering Terms

The following points about meeting wagering requirements are important to know:

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Wagering contributions from certain games may be limited or zero.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds must remain within the set limit.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

pkluc's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback of up to 0.2% is available at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated each week based on regular play.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system or fraudulent activity is detected, pkluc reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit all bonuses and related winnings. Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void. In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake is generally refunded.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

For all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, the official result will be considered final. If fewer overs are played than scheduled, the result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will apply. Match-fixing or exploiting any form of fraudulent advantage is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are completely fair and random. Each game session is independent and has no influence on previous or future results.

6.1 List of Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkluc platform:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated processes.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Conducting illegal financial transactions on your own or another person's account.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If the above prohibited activities are detected, pkluc reserves the full right to permanently close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance and bonuses, and take legal action.
